Curriculum: Business Analysis
Duration
4 days
Overview
Business analysis techniques are a powerful
method for redesigning and revitalizing business processes as well
as specifying systems solutions for technical staffs. However, these interlocking techniques must be well understood and applied if business benefit is to be achieved. Working with clients and system users is often a complex assignment which requires the analyst to understand the physical and logical business processes which comprise a enterprise system.
Then the analyst must conceptualize a new solution which is
accurate, pragmatic and implementable. Conducting effective business
systems analysis and developing the right solution is the skill upon
which this course focuses.
During this course the student
will develop essential analytical and consulting skills needed for
the effective performance of a business analysis project. While
