Overview
This 4-day course is designed to provide Business Analysts with a quick immersion in all the key knowledge areas of classic and modern Business Analysis. Through hands-on workshops and lectures, students learn and gain practical experience in business requirements gathering, data- and process modeling, structured analysis, object-oriented analysis, use cases, iterative processes and structured modeling and testing.
Audience
This course is intended for all Business
Analysts who want to improve their skills in eliciting and analyzing
requirements, in conducting facilitated group sessions, and in
documenting their findings in a clear, understandable and
unambiguous fashion. The course can be a refresher for those Bas who have been practicing for a while already or an hands-on introduction to the tools of the trade for the novice.
Prerequisites
Experience in requirements gathering, or systems analysis is desirable, but not mandatory.
